What is tr3s mtv?

Tr3s MTV was an American television network owned by ViacomCBS Networks Americas. It primarily targeted the Hispanic and Latino youth demographic in the United States and aired a mix of music videos, reality shows, and other programming related to Latin American culture.

The network was launched in 1998 as MTV en Español and was rebranded as MTV Tr3s in 2006 before being renamed once again to Tr3s MTV in 2010. Some of its most popular shows included "Quiero Mis Quinces," "Los Premios MTV Latinoamérica," and "Rock Dinner."

On August 1, 2018, Tr3s MTV ceased broadcasting as a linear channel and became a purely digital network. Its programming was shifted to ViacomCBS Networks Americas' other channels, including MTV and VH1.
